Algebra 1 EOC
What do I need to know?
Public school students enrolled in Algebra 1 must participate in the Algebra 1 End-of-Course (EOC) Assessment. The Algebra 1 EOC assessment, aligned to Florida's Benchmarks for Excellent Student Thinking (B.E.S.T.) Standards, will be administered for the first time in winter 2022. Students taking Algebra 1 EOC for the first time this year will participate in the Algebra 1 EOC aligned to the B.E.S.T. Standards. Students who need to meet their graduation requirement by retaking the FSA Algebra 1 EOC assessment, aligned to the Florida Standards, will test in fall 2022 or spring 2023.
Students taking the Algebra 1 EOC will have the opportunity to test during one of the following administrations throughout the year:
- September 12–30, 2022 (FSA Algebra 1 EOC Retake administration; aligned to the Florida Standards)
- November 28–December 16, 2022
- February 20–March 10, 2023 (FSA Algebra 1 EOC Retake administration; aligned to the Florida Standards)
- May 1–26, 2023
- July 10–21, 2023
Your exact testing dates within these windows are determined by your district. Some districts may have specific rules/restrictions for each test administration.
